Return & Refund Policy

At Desijugaat, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items must be returned with all tags and labels attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used pet food and treats
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Prescription medications (if applicable)
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Gift cards and vouchers
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Include your order number in the communication
- We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at returns@Desijugaat.pk or call +92 300 123 4567
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours
- Step 4: Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly written on the package
- Step 5: Drop off the package at our designated pickup point or schedule a pickup
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are determined as follows:
- Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we cover all return shipping costs
- Changed Your Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged in Transit: We cover return shipping costs; please report within 48 hours
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- JazzCash refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- EasyPaisa refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
7. Refund Options
Choose from the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: Refund to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa account, or bank card
- Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to your refund amount plus 10% bonus
- Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value
8. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items with signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under these conditions:
- Before Shipment: Full refund, no questions asked
- After Shipment: Follow the standard return process once delivered
- Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has started
10. Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Follow the same return process as refunds
- Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days

Tip: Keep your order confirmation email and packaging until you're sure you want to keep your items. This makes the return process much easier!
